Biography

Paolo Flores D'Arcais was born in Cervignano del Friuli on 11 July 1944. He graduated in philosophy, with a thesis on Adam Smith and Karl Marx, from the University of Rome "La Sapienza", where he is currently a researcher. He is the founder and editor of the MicroMega review and a regular contributor to several leading European dailies, including La Repubblica, El Pais and Frankfurter Rundschau.
