Biography

Born in Rome in 1954, Vincenzo Zeno-Zencovich is professor of comparative law at the University of Sassari (http://www.uniss.it ).
He is one of the editors of the review "Il diritto dell'informazione e dell'informatica" (calamandrei@alfanet.it), which publishes all the legislation in the field of information technology and telecommunications.

He is also author of numerous books on the law regarding telecommunications and new technologies, including "Il diritto delle telecomunicazioni" (with F.Cardarelli, 1997, Bari, Laterza) and "La tutela dei dati personali".
