Biography
Walter Siembab (wsiembab@ix.netcom.com) is
an urban planner specialising in innovative strategies for using information technologies
to shape the City of the Future. He proposed the "TeleCity" as a new vision for
urbanised regions and defined an implementation strategy for adapting existing "auto
cities." His award winning projects include the Telework Facilities Exchange and the
Blue Line TeleVillage. He recently advised the Los Angeles County Metropolitan
Transportation Authority on options for public-private joint development of a regional
fibre backbone network in MTA rights-of-way. |
