Biography
Born in Rome 5 July 1955, Miccio graduated in law in 1978 specialising in Commercial
Law and working with the chair in Commercial Law at the University of Rome, "La
Sapienza". From 1980 to 1981 he was Managing Director of Challois S.p.A. In 1982 he
was appointed Managing Director of Industria Poligrafica Commerciale and Commercial
Director of ABETE Grafica. Since 1987 he has been Managing Director of the Communication
and Publishing sector of ABETE s.r.l..
Ex Managing Director of the Publishing Project and Managing Director of the press
agency ASCA, he is currently President of FERPI the Public Relations Federation. He is a
member of the board of Ente Cinema, of RAI, and President of the Communication Section of
EP Editoria dell'Unione Industriali di Roma. He is concerned with the process of
technological innovation in the convergence of the media, information technology and
telecommunications, particularly in the light of the opening of European borders. |
