i'm a big fan of airtable too.
for a project some months ago i investigated the possibility of capturing changes using airtable apis to apache kafka using

the idea was miserably rejected because of kafka management complexity.

@edsu @anj i was thinking to use filterByFormula api argument, with last modified time field more recent than kafka offset. i have some bookmarks of airtable community forum and stackoverflow, but i never went into testing the whole idea.

maybe kafka is oversized, also simpler data structures could be used for capture changes
